Partner purchases
Most products are purchased from the approved retailer or maker linked on the object page. That seller controls inventory, charges payment, ships the order, and handles cancellation, returns, exchanges, warranty claims, and order support under its published policies.
Cook checkout
Products placed in the Cook bag are sold by Cook Curated and may be produced or shipped by an approved fulfillment partner. Before direct checkout opens, each product and checkout screen will state processing time, shipping regions and cost, return window, condition requirements, exceptions, and the support contact.
Food and perishable products
Food safety, damage, shipping temperature, and return eligibility depend on the product and seller. Perishable and opened food products are generally not returnable unless damaged, unsafe, or incorrectly fulfilled. The seller’s displayed policy governs.
Experiences
Trip and charter deposits, weather decisions, transfers, cancellations, and refunds are controlled by the operating partner’s written booking terms. Review them before payment.
